VisionTech
Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how VisionTech collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use TradeHaven, including the web app, iOS app, backend services, and related account synchronization features. It is intended to describe our data practices broadly and to reserve the rights reasonably necessary to operate, protect, improve, and legally defend the service.
Information We Collect
We may collect account registration details, authentication identifiers, support communications, device and usage data, and broker-related account information needed to provide the TradeHaven sync service.
When you connect broker accounts, we may store broker account identifiers, environment selections, sync configuration, follower ratios, runtime status, audit events, and token-related metadata required to maintain or refresh access.
We may also collect crash logs, diagnostics, browser metadata, device identifiers, IP addresses, approximate location inferred from network information, support records, fraud-prevention signals, and other information reasonably related to the operation, security, and administration of TradeHaven.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to authenticate users, link broker accounts, operate sync groups, monitor system health, respond to support requests, improve product reliability, and protect the platform against abuse or unauthorized access.
We may also use data to investigate incidents, enforce our Terms of Service, comply with legal obligations, and maintain internal records relevant to product operation and security.
We may use information for debugging, analytics, abuse detection, account recovery, product research, fraud prevention, business continuity, internal quality assurance, legal defense, and any other purpose disclosed at the time of collection or otherwise permitted by law.
Authentication And Connected Services
TradeHaven uses third-party providers, including Clerk, for user authentication and session management. We also interact with Tradovate and related infrastructure required to connect and synchronize supported trading accounts.
Your use of these connected services may also be governed by the privacy terms and policies of those providers. VisionTech is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third parties.
Where third-party services process information on our behalf or in connection with your use of the platform, we may transmit or receive data necessary to authenticate users, link accounts, obtain broker data, refresh tokens, maintain sync state, and support or troubleshoot the service.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers, hosting vendors, analytics or monitoring tools, authentication providers, broker integrations, professional advisors, or authorities when needed to operate the service, protect rights, prevent fraud, or comply with law.
We may also share information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable confidentiality and legal requirements.
We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to investigate fraud, respond to claims, protect users or third parties, preserve system integrity, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, safety, or legal interests of VisionTech and others.
No Sale Or Guaranteed Confidentiality
We do not currently sell personal information for money. However, we do not guarantee that every disclosure, transmission, or processing relationship will be treated as a sale, sharing event, or restricted disclosure under every law in every jurisdiction.
Except where required by law, we make no promise that information you provide will always remain confidential, undisclosed, or inaccessible to third parties in all circumstances.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data, the sensitivity of the information, and whether continued storage is required for product integrity, account recovery, or legal compliance.
We may retain logs, records, account metadata, dispute-related materials, security artifacts, and backups after account deactivation or deletion requests to the extent reasonably necessary for compliance, enforcement, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, auditing, disaster recovery, or legal defense.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for notifying us if you believe your account or connected broker access has been compromised.
By using TradeHaven, you acknowledge that transmissions over the internet and storage in connected systems may involve security risks beyond our control, including unauthorized access, data interception, service compromise, and provider outages.
International Transfers And Third-Party Processing
Your information may be processed, stored, or transferred in jurisdictions where privacy protections differ from those in your location. By using the service, you acknowledge that such cross-border processing may occur.
We may rely on vendors, subprocessors, cloud providers, broker integrations, and infrastructure partners that process data outside your country or region, subject to contractual, technical, or operational protections we consider appropriate.
Your Choices
You may request updates to your account information, disconnect supported broker accounts, or request deletion of your account data, subject to any information we must retain for legitimate business purposes or legal obligations.
If you would like to make a privacy-related request, contact us at support@visiontech.com.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may decline, limit, or delay requests where permitted by law, where the request would impair security or legal rights, or where we are required or entitled to retain the relevant information.
Children And Sensitive Information
TradeHaven is not intended for children, and you may not use the service if you are not legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement with us. We do not knowingly target the service to children.
Unless specifically requested for support or compliance reasons, please do not submit highly sensitive personal information through the service. If you do so, you acknowledge that we may process that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Compliance And Legal Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws. Those rights may be limited, conditioned, or subject to exceptions. Nothing in this Privacy Policy is meant to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
To the extent permitted by law, VisionTech reserves all rights, defenses, exceptions, and lawful bases for processing, retaining, disclosing, objecting to, or refusing requests relating to information handled through TradeHaven.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may revise the date above and take any additional notice steps we consider appropriate.
Your continued use of TradeHaven after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means the updated version will apply to your continued use of the service.
If any part of this Privacy Policy is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
