How do I link my Tradovate account to TradeHaven?
Navigate to the Accounts page in your dashboard and click 'Link Account.' You'll be redirected to Tradovate's OAuth page to authorize access. We never see your Tradovate password — the entire flow uses secure OAuth 2.0 tokens with scoped permissions.
What happens if the sync engine goes down during market hours?
TradeHaven runs on redundant infrastructure with automatic failover. In the unlikely event of a disruption, your existing positions are unaffected — the sync engine only manages new order replication. We also provide real-time status updates on our status page and Discord.
Can I use TradeHaven with brokers other than Tradovate?
Currently, TradeHaven supports Tradovate accounts exclusively. We chose to go deep on one integration rather than spread thin across many. Additional broker support is on our roadmap — join our Discord to vote on which broker we should add next.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page in your dashboard. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. If you have an active subscription issue, email us at support@tradehaven.io.
